What is Fragment

Fragment is a platform that connects the TON network with Telegram. It allows users to buy and sell collectible items, as well as pay for various Telegram services. With TON Connect, you can link your DeFi Account to Fragment, allowing payments and withdrawals directly to your wallet balance.

How to connect DeFi Account to Fragment

  1. Open Fragment.
  2. Tap “Connect TON” in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Wallet in Telegram” → “Connect”.

Note:

  • Purchases and withdrawals require a connected Telegram account and identity verification. Learn more about verification on Fragment here.
  • Before connecting your DeFi Account to Fragment, make sure you are using the official platform (https://fragment.com). You can learn how to avoid phishing scams here.

Transaction fees on Fragment

Transactions from DeFi Account to Fragment incur a network fee ranging from 0.02 to 1.05 TON, depending on network load. The exact fee is shown before confirming the transaction.

How to buy or give away Telegram Premium

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect your DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. Tap Premium on the Fragment website.
  5. Choose the desired action:
    1. Buy Premium for a User — to purchase Premium for a specific user: select the recipient and subscription duration, then tap Gift Telegram Premium.
    2. Prepay for a Giveaway — to run a Premium giveaway among subscribers: select the channel, number of subscriptions, and duration, then tap Buy Subscriptions.
  6. Review the fee and confirm the transaction in your DeFi Account.

After that, Telegram Premium will be activated for the selected user.

How to buy Stars with TON on Fragment

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect your DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. On the Fragment website, go to Stars → Buy Stars Package.
  5. Select a recipient, enter the number of Stars, and tap Buy Telegram Stars.
  6. Review the fee and confirm the transaction in DeFi Account.

After that, the Stars will be credited to the selected Telegram account balance.

How to fund Telegram Ads with TON

  1. Connect Telegram to the Telegram Ads platform.
  2. Connect your DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. In the Ads dashboard select a budget and tap Add Funds on Fragment.
  4. Review the fee and confirm the transaction in DeFi Account.

After that, the funds will be credited to your Telegram Ads balance.

Note:

  • Minimum bid: 0.1 TON.
  • Minimum first deposit: 20 TON.
  • TON deposited into Ads accounts cannot be withdrawn.

How to top up your TON balance in Telegram

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. Go to Ads → For Sponsors → Add funds for myself, enter the amount in TON and tap Add Funds.
  5. Review the fee and confirm the transaction in DeFi Account.

After that, the TON balance in your Telegram account can be viewed in Telegram Settings → My TON.

Note: the TON balance in your Telegram account and your DeFi Account balance are two separate balances that are not connected to each other.

How to withdraw Stars from a Telegram channel in TON

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. In your Telegram channel open the Monetization tab.
  5. Enter the amount of Stars and tap Withdraw — you’ll be redirected to Fragment.
  6. Tap Collect.

After that, TON will be credited to your DeFi Account.

Note:

  • Stars can be withdrawn 21 days after they are earned.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 1,000 Stars.
  • Two-Step Verification (2FA) is required on your Telegram account.
  • Only creators, channel owners, and bot owners can withdraw Stars. Regular users who purchase Stars to spend cannot convert them back to TON.
  • Unused Stars expire after 3 years.
  • If you started the withdrawal process but didn’t complete it, the Stars will be returned to the channel balance within an hour — after that, you can try again.
  • Regional restrictions apply.

How to withdraw ad revenue in TON

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. Go to the Telegram channel and select Settings → Statistics → Monetization.
  4. Enter an amount and tap Withdraw — you’ll be redirected to Fragment.
  5. Tap Collect.

After that, the TON will be credited to your DeFi Account.

Note:

  • TON can be withdrawn 3 days after it is earned.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 10 TON.
  • Two-Step Verification (2FA) is required on your Telegram account.
  • Regional restrictions may apply.

How to withdraw TON after selling gifts via the Telegram marketplace

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect your DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. In Telegram, open Settings → My TON, tap Withdraw via Fragment, and enter your 2FA password.

After that, the TON will be credited to your DeFi Account balance.

Note:

  • Two-Step Verification (2FA) must have been enabled on your Telegram account for at least 7 days.
  • You must have been logged into Telegram on the current device for at least 24 hours.

How to transfer NFT gifts from DeFi Account to Telegram

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect the DeFi Account holding the NFT gift.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. Go to My Assets → Gifts, select a gift, and press Transfer to Telegram.
  5. Review the fee and confirm the transaction in DeFi Account.

After this, the gift will appear in your Telegram account.

How to transfer collectible gifts from Telegram to DeFi Account

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram;
  2. Connect DeFi Account to Fragment;
  3. In Telegram open: Settings → My Profile → Gifts, select a gift and choose Transfer → Send via blockchain.

After that the collectible gift will appear in your DeFi Account.

Note: collectible gifts can be transferred 14 days after purchase or 21 days after the gift was upgraded.

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect DeFi Account holding the NFT username.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. Go to My Assets → Usernames, select a username and tap Assign to Telegram.
  5. Choose an account, group, or channel and tap Assign.
  6. Review the fee and confirm the transaction in DeFi Account.

How to participate in an auction on Fragment

  1. Connect your Telegram account to Fragment by tapping Connect Telegram.
  2. Connect your DeFi Account to Fragment.
  3. Complete verification on Fragment.
  4. Go to the section:
    1. Usernames: to purchase a username
    2. Numbers: to purchase a phone number
  5. Tap Place Bid.
  6. Review the fee and confirm the transaction in your DeFi Account.

After that, your bid will appear in the Fragment auction.

Note:

  • If someone outbids you, the TON will be automatically returned to your DeFi Account balance (refund times may vary).
  • If your bid is not recorded on the blockchain before the auction ends, it will not be counted and the TON will be refunded.
