Restricted jurisdictions

Why is my Wallet access suspended

As you're a resident/citizen of a restricted jurisdiction or currently located in one, your access to Wallet has been limited.

Why doesn’t Wallet work in my country

Wallet considers various factors when deciding whether to accept users from certain countries. For instance, it takes into account the evolving legal and regulatory landscape, international sanctions, the results of its internal risk assessment, and the criteria set in its internal risk appetite.

I have some cryptocurrency left on my balance. How can I withdraw it

You can withdraw your remaining balance by clicking Send → External Wallet.

Please make sure that you provide the address of a different service, as you would not be able to send crypto to Wallet users.

⚠️ Note: Don’t forget to specify a comment (tag/memo) when withdrawing TON, if your exchange requires it.

I am no longer a resident of the restricted country. How can I restore my access

We can review your access if you pass an Advanced verification, providing a document of legal residency in the eligible country, as well as the proof of your current address.

To start verification, open Wallet, go to Settings, click on Identification Level, then choose Advanced.

You can learn more about verification in the Identity Verification article.
