What is the P2P API

P2P API is a tool that allows you to automate tracking of prices and ads on the P2P Market without manually browsing the interface. With it, you can:

  • track prices in real time
  • compare conditions across different platforms
  • create analytical tools (for example, price comparison tables)

Who can use P2P API

All users who have access to the P2P Market can use the P2P API.

What data is available via P2P API

Through the P2P API, you can obtain:

  • a list of active P2P ads
  • prices for buying and selling
  • fiat currency
  • cryptocurrency
  • maker rating
  • payment methods

How to start using the P2P API

To use the P2P API:

  • Review the documentation.
  • Obtain an API key for access. Learn more
  • Use the API key to send requests to the P2P API and receive up-to-date prices and ads. The API key must be included in the X-API-Key header with every request.

Request is a call to the API.

Header is a part of the request that sends your unique API key to the server.

  • Use the data you receive in your own services and tools.

What is an API key

An API key is a unique code that confirms that the request to the API is sent by you.

To obtain an API key:

  • Tap the ‘Deposit’ button in the Crypto Wallet main menu.
  • Go to P2P Market > My Profile > API Keys > Create API key.
  • Enter a name for the key and tap “Create”.
  • Copy the API key.

For improved security and convenience when working with the P2P API, you can create multiple API keys (up to 10) and use separate keys for different services.

Is it possible to trade automatically via P2P API

No, the P2P API only provides access to ad prices. Placing and completing orders must be done exclusively through the P2P Market interface.

Do P2P API prices match prices on the P2P Market

Yes, the API displays current market data (updated every 30 seconds), though minor update delays may occasionally occur.

Is there a fee for using the P2P API

No, there is no fee for using the P2P API.

How to revoke an API key

If you no longer need an API key, you can revoke it in the API Keys section of the P2P Market.
