Orders

Safety rules for P2P Orders:

  • Communicate only in the order chat. Do not open external links or share your personal contact information.
  • If you have any doubts or disputes, do not complete or cancel the order and instead contact our support team right away.

For more details, see the Secure Your Trading Experience article.

Who is a Seller

Seller is a user who created the ad to sell a digital asset, or who accepted the terms of an ad that seeks to buy digital assets.

Who is a Buyer

Buyer is a user who accepted the terms of the seller’s ad and confirmed his participation in the order. Buyer could also be a user who created the ad that seeks to buy digital assets.

How do I send payment to the Seller

Follow the instructions on the order details page and transfer funds to the seller's account using the specified payment method. After that, tap the payment confirmation button.

Why does the price expire

This can happen if your ad has a floating price, since this type of price changes with the market and gets updated regularly.

What is an appeal

In case of a dispute between the buyer and the seller, the disputing parties can contact our support team by opening an appeal. In this case, the cryptocurrency inside the order will be blocked until the end of the appeal process.

Appeal Review Timeframe

In most cases, appeals are reviewed within a few hours after they are opened — our support team strives to resolve disputes between order parties promptly and fairly.

However, in certain situations — especially when additional review or information from the parties is required — the process may take longer. According to P2P Market’s Terms of Use, the appeal review period can take up to 30 days or more, depending on the circumstances.

To help speed up the resolution process, we recommend actively communicating with our support team and providing all necessary information in a timely manner.

How do I cancel an appeal

If the parties reach an agreement, and third-party intervention is no longer required, the person who initiated the appeal can either close it in the order tab or inform the support team. They will resolve the issue.

P2P Market Fees

When buying on P2P Market, the taker pays no fees. The fees are instead charged to the maker for each successful transaction. The fee is 0.9% of the order amount.

For example: for a successful sale of 5 TON, the maker will be charged a commission of 0.045 TON.

Need to know:

When creating a sell ad, a 0.9% fee is reserved from the amount you specify in your ad. This fee is not charged separately from your main balance — instead, the amount shown in the ad already excludes the 0.9% fee.

When creating a buy ad, a 0.9% fee is added to the amount you specify in your ad. The total amount shown in the ad includes this fee, and upon successful completion of the order, the order amount (in crypto) is credited to your main balance excluding the fee.

This commission is charged only for successful orders. If there are no orders made, and you want to stop the ad, then the entire amount and the fee will be returned to the Crypto Wallet balance.
