About the 'Get your friend a Tesla' Campaign

We are hosting a Campaign in TON Wallet where users can earn rewards for swapping Stocks or ETFs in the 'Swap' section and sending them to Telegram contacts.

The prize pool is 50 TSLAx, which will be awarded to 50 randomly selected participants who swap at least 9 USDT for Stocks and ETFs and send them to a minimum of 5 Telegram contacts during the Campaign period.

What are Stocks and ETFs in TON Wallet

Stocks and ETFs in TON Wallet are not actual stocks and ETFs — they are merely tokens pegged to the price of actual U.S. stocks/ETFs. Tokenized Stocks and ETFs reflect the value of actual assets but do not grant shareholder rights. Learn more

Note: the definitions below refer to the traditional securities market. TON Wallet provides access only to tokenized equivalents of such instruments.

Stocks are securities issued by a corporation that reflect the share of a particular individual’s interest in this corporation (such as share of financial returns or voting rights). By buying one share of stock, an investor gets an asset that allows him to benefit from possible capital gains (caused by fluctuations in stock price) and dividends paid by the company itself. A company’s stock price (market price) reflects the company’s current worth based on its performance and available public information.

Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) collect money from investors and use it to buy different financial instruments (such as stocks or bonds). ETF shares are traded on stock exchanges, which means they can be bought and sold at any time during normal trading hours. ETFs usually hold a wide range of assets, helping investors reduce risk through diversification. The price of an ETF reflects the current value of all the assets it holds (its portfolio).

Important: We do not provide brokerage services and do not sell foreign securities. TON Wallet only provides an interface to tokens issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited. 

How to participate

To participate in the 'Get your friend a Tesla' Campaign:

  1. Swap at least 9 USDT for any Stocks or ETFs in the 'Swap' section. You can learn how to swap tokenized Stocks and ETFs here.
  2. Send the purchased Stocks and ETFs worth at least 9 USDT each to at least 5 Telegram contacts (the total transfer amount must be at least the equivalent of 45 USDT). Learn more about sending to Telegram contacts here

Note:

  • Swaps can be made in multiple transactions, but all must be completed during the Campaign period.
  • Before sending your assets, kindly ask your friend to check whether they can see the ‘Stocks & ETFs’ tab on the 'Swap' page in their TON Wallet. In the scope of the Campaign, only transfers sent to Telegram contacts who have access to tokenized stocks and ETFs in TON Wallet are eligible. Learn more
  • Each transfer to Telegram contacts (minimum 5) must be successful and worth at least 9 USDT.

If you are among the 50 randomly selected participants who swapped at least 9 USDT for tokenized stocks and ETFs and then sent them in 5 transactions each worth at least 9 USDT  to different Telegram contacts, you will be eligible for a prize of TSLAx stock. The TSLAx giveaway will take place via the TON Wallet News Telegram channel.

How do I know that I am participating in the Campaign

No participation notifications will be sent, but you are automatically participating in this Campaign if you fulfill the following 2 conditions between December 19 and January 5:

  1. Successfully swap at least 9 USDT for any stocks and ETFs.
  2. Send tokenized assets to different Telegram contacts in at least 5 separate transactions (each worth at least 9 USDT).

Important: All the stocks that you intend to send to your friends must be purchased strictly during the Campaign period.

When will the TSLAx reward be credited

The prize distribution will be processed within 16 calendar days of the campaign ending. The list of winning addresses will appear in the TON Wallet News Telegram channel, and we will send the Telegram gifts directly to the selected winners' addresses in TON Wallet.

Note: in order to receive your prize, you must have access to the TON Wallet address that you used to participate in the Campaign. Learn more about the TON Wallet recovery process here.

If you are one of the winners, but didn’t receive your reward within 7 days of the winner announcement, and you’re sure you met all the conditions, contact our Support team.

Is participation restricted for certain regions

According to the Terms of Use, TON Wallet is not available in certain countries. You can check the list of countries where TON Wallet is not available here.
