There is no fee for your Crypto Wallet deposits, however, there are minimum deposit amounts:

Starting from 04/05/23 we have been applying a flexible BTC withdrawal fee, which you can see prior to making a transfer. This is due to the high load on the Bitcoin blockchain. We are constantly monitoring the situation in the blockchain and adjusting the fee for you so that transactions are confirmed faster.

If you see that the fee is higher than 0.00008 BTC, you can wait until the situation is stabilized and we get back to the previous fee amount. 

Fees do not change depending on the amount of withdrawal.

Fee

The fee for buying and selling assets (including Stocks and ETFs) is the same for USDT, TON, and XLM and depends on your tier. You can check your fee rate in Settings → Tiers. The exact fee amount will be shown before you confirm the transaction.

Exchange Rate

The exchange rate is calculated based on data from multiple exchanges and is updated in real time. You will see the exact rate before confirming the transaction.

Note: due to market fluctuations, the exchange rate may change. To lock in the current rate, confirm the transaction immediately after the rate is displayed.

Purchase fees and limits

Purchasing crypto outside of the P2P Market is provided by third-party payment partners whose fees may vary. Before confirming your purchase, you will immediately see the total amount of cryptocurrency you will get in the transaction.

You can buy USDT coins without any fees. The maximum amount available for you to buy USDT commission free is set by the payment provider and may vary depending on your region and the provider’s terms.

Note: Zero-fee USDT purchases are not available in the following countries: Kyrgyzstan, Colombia, Ecuador, Nepal, Morocco, China, Tajikistan, Mongolia.

As for purchasing other coins, there will be a fee that may vary depending on the specific payment provider. In addition, foreign exchange fees may still apply on the provider or bank side.

To purchase tokens without service fees, consider using the P2P Market, where other Crypto Wallet users offer to buy and sell their cryptocurrency.

You can see the purchase limits for a particular cryptocurrency by tapping Add Crypto > Buy from the token’s page in your balance.

If you want to buy cryptocurrency for an amount exceeding the current limits, you can buy it in several transactions.

Sale fees and limits

Selling cryptocurrency outside the P2P Market is provided by third-party payment partners with a 3.5% fee. When confirming a transaction, you will immediately see the fees charged by the payment provider.

In addition, your bank may apply a foreign exchange fee.

To sell tokens without any service fees, consider using the P2P Market, where other Crypto Wallet users offer to buy and sell cryptocurrency.

Limits for transfers to Telegram contacts

There's no fee for direct transfers to your Telegram contacts. However, there are minimum transfer amounts:

  • XAUT — 0,000001
  • NOT — 1

  • HMSTR — 1
  • MAJOR — 0.1
  • CATI — 0.1
  • TAC — 0.1
  • EVAA — 0.00001
  • Stocks and ETFs — 0.00001 token of stock (for instance, 0.00001 TONx)
