Collectibles

Are Collectibles the same as NFTs

All Collectibles within your TON Wallet are NFTs and can be sent to other users.

Collectibles, Jettons, NFTs – what is the difference

In a nutshell, Jettons can be owned by multiple users at a time, whereas NFTs belong to a sole owner. Collectibles is a section in your TON Wallet that contains your NFTs and promotional items.

Diving deeper, Jettons are assets that are tradeable on the TON Blockchain, such as jUSDT, and are commodities that can be exchanged with one another. Multiple users can hold jUSDT in their TON Wallet accounts at the same time.

NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, are unique assets on the TON Blockchain that can only be owned by one person at a time. For example, if you own an NFT representing a piece of art, you are the sole owner of that item. Two people cannot own the same NFT simultaneously.

In your TON Wallet, the Collectibles section will show any NFTs you own.

⚠️ Note: NFTs can only be sent to other TON Wallet addresses or to external TON addresses. Custodial Crypto Wallet does not support NFTs, and if they are sent to Crypto Wallet, they will be lost.

Where can I see my NFTs

You can see your NFTs in the Collectibles section of your TON Wallet.

How can I send my NFTs to my TON Wallet

You can send NFTs to your TON Wallet from any TON blockchain address. Other TON Wallet users can also send you NFTs to your TON Wallet address, and they will appear within your Collectibles section, usually within 30 seconds.

By tapping "Deposit" > "External Wallet" you can find your deposit address. Use this address to send Toncoin, Jettons, and TON-blockchain NFTs to your TON Wallet.

NFT not received in TON Wallet: what to do

If someone sent you an NFT, but it hasn’t appeared in TON Wallet yet — that’s okay. Sometimes blockchain transactions may take a little time to process.

NFTs typically appear in your wallet a few minutes after the transaction is confirmed.

Please wait a bit and check again.

If the NFT still doesn’t show up after some time, make sure it was actually sent to your TON Wallet address, not a different one. You can verify this in a blockchain explorer by checking your address.

NFT not showing up in TON Wallet

If an NFT is not appearing in TON Wallet, first check if it was sent to the correct wallet address. TON Wallet can have multiple addresses, and the NFT may have been sent to a different one.

To check other available addresses:

  1. Go to Settings > TON Wallet > Remove TON Wallet.
  2. After logging out, you’ll see a list of wallets you can restore. Select the one you need and log in again.

⚠️ Before logging out, make sure to save your Secret Phrase — without it, you may lose access to your current wallet.

How can I send an NFT to a different user / to myself

You can send an NFT from your TON Wallet by tapping 'Send' on the NFT's Collectibles page and entering the recipient's TON blockchain address.

⚠️ Note: Receiving NFTs to your custodial Crypto Wallet is not supported.

Is there a cost to send an NFT

If you are sending an NFT to a different TON-blockchain address, there will be a network fee.

I am not able to withdraw an NFT from TON Wallet. I receive an error “You don’t have enough TON to pay for transfer fee”

Every blockchain transaction requires a network fee for sending a transfer. All transfers in the TON blockchain pay a commission in TON, regardless of what is being transferred. For example, if you transfer a Notcoin voucher, you still need some TON to pay the network fee.

To ensure successful transfers of NFTs, you need at least 1.05 TON in your TON Wallet for the network fee.

If you don’t have enough TON in your balance, you can top up your TON Wallet in the following ways:

How to buy NFTs

You can use special websites to buy or sell NFTs. Below is an example NFT purchase from the getgems.io website.

Tap on “Connect Wallet”, and then tap on “Wallet on Telegram”. You can read more on how to connect to third-party apps in this article.

Having connected your TON Wallet to the platform, you can purchase any of the offered NFTs.

How to sell an NFT from your collection

You can sell NFTs through external platforms that support the TON network — for example, Getgems. To do this:

  1. Connect your TON Wallet to the chosen platform.
  2. Go to your profile and select the NFT you want to sell.
  3. Tap ‘List for sale’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Not all NFTs are transferable. Some tokens, like SBTs (Soulbound Tokens), are permanently tied to your wallet and cannot be sold.

Why don't I see the NFT I sent to my TON Wallet in 'Collectibles'

NFTs, like anything sent over a blockchain, may appear in TON Wallet some time after the transaction is finalized. You can expect a delay of up to a few minutes to see your NFTs after they have been sent.

What should I do if I transferred a Notcoin voucher to my TON Wallet but don’t see it, even though the transaction is visible on the blockchain

1. Check if the voucher was successfully sent to your TON Wallet address. You can do it via blockchain explorer, by entering your wallet address into the search bar. The voucher you need will be located under the ‘Collectibles’ tab.

2. If the Notcoin voucher was successfully credited to the wallet address and you see it in the blockchain, then please check that this voucher was sent from the official Notcoin community.

3. If you acquired the voucher from a non-official distributor, please make sure that the voucher is original. You can find out how to determine a real voucher here.

4. If you created the voucher between March 8 and April 1 and have not received it yet, and it is not reflected on the blockchain, please check your @notcoin_bot balance. It’s possible that the voucher wasn’t minted and the NOT was returned to your balance in the bot. Learn more

If you received an NFT with a link or a QR code, please be careful and do not click on the link, especially if you don’t trust the NFT sender. To secure your wallet, do not connect to unfamiliar or suspicious apps and do not confirm transactions without verifying the details.

TON Wallet provides NFTs on the TON blockchain, and does not bear responsibility for NFTs created by third-parties. TON Wallet is a non-custodial service, thus it is solely the owner’s responsibility to keep the assets safe.

Make sure that you received the NFT from the official distributor on GetGems or other verified website. If they’re not from a trusted source, kindly ignore such NFT-s and do not click on the links.

To secure your wallet, do not connect to unfamiliar or suspicious apps and do not confirm transactions without verifying the details. Do not share your Secret Recovery Phrase or your Telegram account data, including phone number, login, password or the authentication code, with anyone.

Neither TON Wallet support nor Telegram support will ever request these data from you.

Gifts in Telegram

If you see the message “Gift stored on the TON blockchain”, it means the gift was sent via the blockchain.

Even so, you still own it, and it’s linked to your wallet.

If the gift is not visible in your Telegram profile or its visibility seems off, you can adjust the display settings via the web version of Telegram under your profile settings.

Please note: we are not Telegram support and cannot provide assistance with their interface or settings.
