"Valentine's Giveaway" Campaign in Crypto Wallet

About the 'Valentine’s Giveaway' Campaign

We are hosting a Campaign in Crypto Wallet where users can earn rewards for purchasing tokenized stocks and ETFs (hereinafter referred to as "stocks" and "ETFs") and sending them to a Telegram contact.

The prize pool is 5000 USDT, which will be awarded to 100 randomly selected participants who purchase tokenized Stocks or ETFs worth at least the equivalent of $5 and send them to their Telegram contact during the Campaign period.

What are Stocks and ETFs in Crypto Wallet

Stocks and ETFs in Crypto Wallet are not actual stocks and ETFs — they are merely tokens pegged to the price of actual U.S. stocks/ETFs. Tokenized Stocks and ETFs reflect the value of actual assets but do not grant shareholder rights. Learn more

Important: We do not provide brokerage services and do not sell foreign securities. Crypto Wallet only provides an interface to tokens issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited.

How to participate

To participate in the Campaign:

  1. Purchase any Stock or ETF worth at least the equivalent of $5 in the 'Trade' section in a single transaction. You can learn how to buy tokenized Stocks and ETFs here.
  2. Send the purchased Stock or ETF to one of your Telegram contacts. One successful transfer of the purchased asset worth at least the equivalent of $5, made during the Campaign period, is required to be eligible for the giveaway. Learn more about sending to Telegram contacts

Note:

  • The purchase must be made in a single transaction and strictly during the Campaign period. Stocks purchased before February 12, 15:00 UTC will not qualify.
  • The transfer to a contact must be made in a single transaction and strictly during the Campaign period. You need to send to your contact the same asset that you purchased earlier as part of the Campaign.
  • To check whether your purchase or transfer is eligible for the Campaign, we consider the dollar equivalent of the purchased asset at the time of purchase or transfer, respectively.
  • Before sending your assets, kindly ask your friend to check whether they can see the ‘Crypto Stocks’ tab on the 'Trade' page in their Crypto Wallet, and whether they have access to Crypto Wallet itself. In the scope of the Campaign, only transfers sent to Telegram contacts who have access to tokenized stocks and ETFs in Crypto Wallet are eligible. Learn more
  • Transfers to contacts who have blocked the @wallet bot in their Telegram accounts will not be counted.

What do I get for participating

If you are among the 100 randomly selected participants who purchased at least $5 worth of tokenized stocks and ETFs and then successfully sent them to a Telegram contact, you will be eligible for a prize of 50 USDT.

In the scope of the Campaign, there will be two separate giveaways:

  • For those who sent a Stock to a friend — 50 randomly selected winners.
  • For those who received a Stock from a friend — 50 randomly selected winners.

The prize per winner in each giveaway is 50 USDT.

One participant can take part in both giveaways and potentially win a prize from each category — as a sender and as a recipient of a Stock — and win a total of 100 USDT. To participate as a sender, you need to correctly fulfill the campaign terms.

Note: the number of Stocks sent or received does not increase your chances of winning the giveaway.

The giveaways will take place via the Wallet News Telegram channel.

Can my friend participate in the giveaway

Yes, a friend who received an asset from you via Telegram during the Campaign can also participate in the giveaways. To do so, they need to purchase any tokenized Stock or ETF in their Crypto Wallet and send it to any Telegram contact (for example, to you) in accordance with the Campaign terms.

How do I know that I am participating in the Campaign

No participation notifications will be sent, but you will automatically be participating in this Campaign if you fulfill the following 2 conditions between February 12, 15:00 UTC and February 15, 23:59 UTC:

  1. Successfully purchase any tokenized asset worth at least the equivalent of $5.
  2. Send this same asset to your Telegram contact via a transfer worth at least the equivalent of $5.

Important: All the Stocks that you intend to send to your friends must be purchased strictly during the Campaign period.

When will the USDT reward be credited

The prize distribution will be processed by February 25. If you are among the randomly selected winners, we will deposit the USDT prize directly into your Crypto Wallet account. The winners' Telegram IDs will be posted in the Wallet News Telegram channel in advance.

If you are one of the winners, but didn’t receive your reward within 15 days of the contest ending, and you’re sure you met all the conditions, contact our Support team.

Is it mandatory to pass verification (KYC)

To purchase in the 'Trade' section, you need to complete basic verification — provide your full name, date of birth, country of residence and phone number.

That said, at any stage of using the service, Crypto Wallet may request additional information from you. This may include a request for identity verification, proof of address, or confirmation of the source of wealth or funds. In such cases, we will send a notification, along with instructions on the next steps, in your chat with @wallet.

Is participation restricted for certain regions

At this stage, tokenized stocks and ETFs are available only to residents of a limited number of countries. If you do not see the ‘Crypto Stocks’ tab on the 'Trade' page in your Crypto Wallet, it is likely that trading Stocks and ETFs, as well as participating in the Campaign is not available in your region.
