What is Crypto Wallet
Crypto Wallet is a custodial wallet directly integrated into Telegram’s interface, allowing you to conveniently buy, sell, send, exchange, and store cryptocurrency, receive rewards, as well as trade on a peer-to-peer matching service (P2P Market) and acquire tokenized versions of well-known US stocks and traded funds.
With it, you can quickly send TON, USDT, XAUT, NOT, DOGS, HMSTR, X, MAJOR, CATI, TAC, Stocks and ETFs directly via Telegram chats without any fees between messenger users.

Are Wallet and Crypto Wallet the same service
Yes, it's the same service.
Until July 10, the service was called "Wallet". As of July 10, its official name is "Crypto Wallet".
If you come across mentions of the old name (“Wallet”) in our materials or FAQ, they refer to the same service, now called Crypto Wallet.
How can I create a Crypto Wallet account
You just need to launch the mini app and follow the instructions on the screen which will prompt you to complete identification and subsequent verification steps. Once the registration is complete, Crypto Wallet will generate blockchain addresses for supported cryptocurrencies. Blockchain addresses are generated only once, and can not be re-generated again
To top up your Crypto Wallet account, you can check the blockchain address generated for you by Crypto Wallet in the main menu using Add Crypto > External Wallet and choosing the network. After this, you will see the associated blockchain address and QR code.
Can I generate a new wallet address
You cannot change your blockchain address after registering with Crypto Wallet.
I already have a different wallet. How can I add it to Crypto Wallet
Crypto Wallet is a custodial service, we create blockchain addresses for you and securely store the private keys to keep your funds safe. For this reason, it’s not possible to replace or link another address — manual key management is not supported.
It’s also not possible to connect your account to external apps or wallets — all operations are performed exclusively within the service.
However, if you create a non-custodial TON blockchain address in TON Wallet, you can import it into other web3 applications. More information about TON Wallet can be found here.
What is the difference between Crypto Wallet and TON Wallet
Crypto Wallet and TON Wallet are two different service providers. TON Wallet is a third-party service and is subject to its own terms and conditions.
Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any actions, transactions, or issues that may arise from your use of TON Wallet, and vice-versa.
Here are the main differences between Crypto Wallet and TON Wallet:
Crypto Wallet is a custodial service, meaning it securely holds your private keys to ensure the protection of your cryptocurrencies. Examples of custodial services include centralized or private exchanges. This enables the service to offer unique features such as swaps, commission-free off-chain transfers, promotions, security settings, and more.
With Crypto Wallet, you can easily purchase and sell cryptocurrencies using a card, access the P2P Market and swap cryptocurrencies, such as TON or USDT.
TON Wallet is an application which facilitates the creation of a non-custodial wallet on the TON blockchain and provides you with an interface to access this wallet and other third-party functionalities of the TON ecosystem. All transactions completed through TON Wallet require network fees, are recorded on-chain and are irreversible by nature.
A non-custodial wallet grants users full control over their crypto assets, stored on their blockchain address. Only users have control over the private keys. Access to and control of a non-custodial wallet via its seed-phrase are the main features of using non-custodial wallets. This provides users with greater control over the safety of their crypto assets, but in turn greater responsibility as well.
With TON Wallet, you can send, receive and swap any Jettons and NFTs minted on the TON blockchain, plus options to connect to decentralized applications (DApps).

How can I change the language and the local currency in Crypto Wallet
You can change the language via Settings in the upper right corner > Crypto Wallet Language.
You can also change the local currency used for the fiat equivalent of cryptocurrency via Settings > Default Currency.
Note: Crypto Wallet does not handle fiat-related services or hold any fiat money on behalf of users. Instead, Crypto Wallet displays users’ cryptocurrency balances and transaction amounts in fiat currency for convenience only.
Where can I see my balance and transaction history
You can check your balance in Crypto Wallet on the main screen of the app. The total balance of all your assets is displayed at the top of the screen. The balance of an individual cryptocurrency can be seen by tapping on the respective asset.
Your account's Transaction history is available at the bottom of the main screen.
Why can't I see some operations I've performed in Crypto Wallet in the blockchain
Internal transfers through Telegram between Crypto Wallet users are not recorded in the blockchain, as they are recorded off-chain and are managed in Crypto Wallet itself. That is why you can send and receive cryptocurrencies instantly and without any fees to your Telegram contacts. Conversely, external transactions can be seen in the blockchain but are subject to fees.
Does Crypto Wallet support NFTs or other tokens
See the list of tokens that are supported in Crypto Wallet here.
Crypto Wallet doesn't support NFTs or all jettons yet. Therefore, if you send one to your Crypto Wallet account, it will not appear there. Crypto Wallet only supports a select number of cryptocurrencies (such as Notcoin, DOGS, HMSTR, USDT, and X). You can read more on NFTs/Jettons in Crypto Wallet here.
To store other TON jettons and NFTs, you can create or add an existing noncustodial wallet in TON Wallet.
Crypto Wallet doesn't work on my device, what is the issue
Make sure your device meets the required system specifications, and that both your operating system and Telegram are up-to-date.
Crypto Wallet may not open on devices with OS versions older than iOS 15 and Android 11. Additionally, Crypto Wallet does not support unofficial third-party or Linux-based Telegram clients.
My device meets the necessary system requirements, and Telegram is updated to the latest version, but the problem remains, what should I do?
If the issue persists, try clearing the WebView cache:
- On an Android device, go to the device's application settings and click on Android System WebView > 'Clear cache'.
- On an iOS device, open Telegram and tap 'Settings' 10 times in the lower right corner, then select 'Clear Web View Cache'.
If the recommendations above do not resolve the issue, please contact us. Kindly provide the model and OS version of your device, along with the Telegram and WebView versions.
I want to unsubscribe from Crypto Wallet notifications, how can I do it
You can disable notifications in your Crypto Wallet settings. Tap the setting icon in the app's main menu > Notifications. There, you can select the notifications that you wish to unsubscribe from. Notifications are divided into 5 main types:

You can personalize the notifications in order to receive only selected updates.
Note: System notifications concerning transactions and security cannot be disabled.
I am not able to use Crypto Wallet: “Account Under Review” screen shown
At any point during your use of Crypto Wallet, your account may undergo an additional review. These checks are a necessary part of Crypto Wallet’s risk assessment procedures. The account review may take up to 12 hours — once it's complete, we’ll send you a message in the chat with Crypto Wallet (@wallet) with the results.
If necessary, Crypto Wallet may request additional documents based on the results of the review — for example, to verify your identity, confirm your residential address, or the source of your funds. In such cases, we will send a notification in the chat with Crypto Wallet, along with further instructions.
